Healing began as something deeply personal.
My path to Reiki began after my daughter was born in 2016 with serious heart-related medical challenges. During her hospital recovery, I watched volunteers offer gentle energy work. I became fascinated by the visible sense of calm and relaxation she experienced during those visits.
That experience inspired me to begin studying Reiki so I could better understand energy work and learn ways to support my daughter through difficult moments. I continued my studies through Reiki Levels I and II and became a Reiki Master in 2019.
My curiosity continued to grow. I later expanded my education into Jikiden Reiki, chakra balancing, sound healing, djembe drumming, and shamanic training. As a lifelong singer and songwriter, sound and rhythm have always felt like natural companions to healing work. I have also facilitated healing drum circles and shared rhythmic experiences with people of many ages.
Today, I bring these practices together with compassion and respect for each person’s individual journey. My role is not to “fix” you. It is to help create a peaceful space where you can slow down, reconnect, and receive.
